deSilva’s aims to process all orders within 24 hours, however if there is a problem with availability of an item, deSilva’s will endeavor to send you an e-mail or reach you by telephone to inform you.

We deliver all parcels through MyHermes, who are known for great punctual service.  Delivery times may vary, but generally take 2-3 working days. If your order hasn’t arrived please email us at and we will provide you with a tracking number for the parcel.

MyHermes will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your Order. It is important that this address is accurate as we cannot accept liability for delivery to an incorrect address / postcode supplied by the customer.

It is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at all times during the delivery day.

The courier will automatically make three attempts to deliver your parcel, usually on consecutive days, before returning the parcel to the depot to await further instructions. If you have missed the first attempt, they will leave a card notifying you of the next delivery date.

Delivery costs depend on the total weight of your order, and are calculated in real time at checkout, along with any current promotions and/or special discounts we have running at the time of ordering. Please refer to the chart below for more specific information on delivery charges.
