Quinta da Veiguinha is located in the northeastern plateau of the Tràs-os-Montes province - a rugged, austere and spectacular landscape of granite soils with a mediterranean / continental climate. The estate has 400 Churra ewes - a local breed - and makes Terrincho cheese from raw ewe’s milk, salt and animal rennet.
